Mother of 2 beautiful girls and a wife to a wonderful and fit husband. As many women with children can relate, after having my girls, I struggled to lose all the weight I gained and get back into the pant size and weight braket I had been my adult life. I never had a weight issue before having my children and always found time to workout and be active, but now it has been a struggle and I do not want to continue to maintain mt current weight, I'm ready to get back to my pregenancy weight of 120. I know I can do, I just need to be held accountable with working out. I eat well, all natural, organic foods, I might have fast food once a month if that. But I do love sweets so I work really hard to not have sweets in the house. Now all that is left is working out and that's why I am here! :)
