Did you know that every six weeks you should increase your weights when strength training. Well today seemed like a good day. I did shoulders and bumped it up 2.5 pounds until failure then dropped it back down.
How do you challenge yourself?

One workout done...now for a little outside run 20 minutes that's all and then some abs.......SUMMER IS COMING FRIENDS....are you pushing for the little extra!

I love Sundays...... I am a girl for God and its always a breath of fresh air and feels like a total restart after church. Who is with me? Worship changes things! Its also a day to set new goals for the upcoming week. For me this week, I plan on kicking up my cardio and adding in a bit more stretching. So many people skip stretching but stretching helps lengthen and lean those muscles you have been working so hard at!

I was so blessed this morning to be joined by my 14-year-old daughter for Turbo Fire 45EZ.
How many know that they do what we do MORE than they do what we SAY! So on the times you don't want to work out, you feel like giving up, remember your not only doing it for YOU, your setting an AMAZING EXAMPLE for them....
