I have been a WeightWatchers memeber for probably around 5 years and was able to reach my goal weight in November of 05 (I think)! I even got below my goal so that I could have a cushion at my weigh-ins. Over the last 2 months, however, I have stopped exercising and paying attention to my eating and am 11 pounds over my WW goal and 30 over my own personal goal. I'm hoping that fatsecret will help me to get back on track with WW and track my weightloss. I just wish that there was a points journal on here as I can never seem to find one that I like to use consistently!!
