Enjoying lovely lunch of 2 lean rashers bacon, small tin beans, grilled plum tomato, 2 slice ww brown bread amd 1 boiled egg...All for 10 pp :) Love weight watchers xxx

I have been running since around April 2012 and took part in a 5k for Race for Life June. Kept up the running and am currently doing between 2 1/2 - 3 miles each run. :)

I have lost 3st 8lbs in a year this Friday through WW. I love it. I enjoy having the control as well as eating whatever I want. Also love the more exercise the extra pp u can get which motivates u to do the exercise as well as eat healthier.
