16 April 2019
Scene 40 take 10th. since my daughter is 12, I am restarting my Menu planning again for the 10th time in my 40s. I am only 43, but some days feel closer to 50. I know how I eat. Really well in the morning watching my calories and carbs. At work, as a nurse small snacks; HBE, celery and cucumbers with peanut butter or ranch, then once get home try to stay low carb. But once 6 pm hits, "where are the chips". I high carb it at night. I do not exercise much, I could walk to work, but then do not want to go to the store once I get home. I have a rowing machine that is collecting dust as we speak. Probably had that since the last time I was on here.
I need to lose many, and starting out small. It is April 16th 2019 right now. If I can get 10 gone by May 20th, I will be happy. 28 by June 5th even better. So here I am again. Have to take account of everything, just like I do our checking account. :)

The Ides of March. LOL!! I am back again! Third time is the right time. I have been doing low Carb since Feb 27th and I am down 14 pounds!! I have cut out my daily coffee creamer and started using Stevia instead, as well as cut out bread, that is tough! I have found a few great recipes for cream cheese pancakes and meatballs to help in the flavor of foods I love. I can tell the difference, even had a bite of regular pancake the other day from my daughter and it was way WAY too heavy! Felt great to say it.
I have started at work a recipe of the week at work via e-mails and hope that my co-workers will contribute, most of them are younger than I am (10 yrs or so) and do not need to lose as I do. They are great support, even when they bring the chocolate covered coffee expresso beans in- weakness! :)
I have also cut the amount of coffee I have and carry that ever loving water bottle with me on outings and at work, it is never empty. I know my goal is to be at least 190 by June and then 175 by Christmas, that will be the best Christmas gift I think, New Clothes!!
I also have to add in exercise I know too, but these Minnesota winds off Lake Superior are still a bit cold, so it is walking at work around the circle at least 30 times = 1 mile, when I can. I really do not want to reach a plateau at all because that I think set me back last time, and with 2018 starting off on the wrong foot for us financially every single month so far, I need something to make me feel good.
It feels good to write this out again. It all is reachable. :)
