Feeling tired after all the moving we did this past weekend. Ate like a horse during the weekend too but felt like I needed it for all the calories I burned and sweated off in the terrible humidity.
I am more frustrated and stressed with the job market lately than anything.
I am not eating when I'm not hungry but maybe the stress is starting to interupt my sleep because every night I toss and turn until I pass out and don't remember falling asleep. I tossed for hours last night. Think I got to sleep around 1am. Ridiculous!
P.S. My kitty loves helping me eat yogurt.lol

Surprisingly waking up this morning I wasn't starving like alot of other diets on the 3rd day! Due to my portion controls and sticking with healthy carbs it really makes a difference :) I even had a skinnycow icecream sandwich last night and thought for sure it would make me hungry this morning.
So sad about the latest Colorado shooting, that state really seems to always have shootings. Maybe they should do a study on the water or depression in those areas? Just saying...
Today I am going to have a nice lunch with the ribs I made in the slow cooker yesterday, along with the rest of the scalloped potatoes.
I've not decided how I am cooking the chicken legs tonight, but baking them with wild rice in the oven is sounding like a good idea instead of frying. I don't fry much but it won't do me any favors and I'd rather remain with the healthier option.

Wow, saw something on Today show reminds me that moms watching from above :) So glad she can see I'm trying to be healthy.
Had a good breakfast, gotta put her stuff into my house and it makes me sad going through her stuff so I've put it off sooo much.
Today I will go for a walk at a good pace, because I think I over stretched my knee yesterday running my mile. It really hurts today:(
I hope that my volunteer work with my local coastal science labs will pay off and lead to a real job soon. If that would happen I can finally do what I love! I will pay off my Bachelors and head back for my PhD specializing in dolphin data and sea turtles.
Hoping to get a crab pot today so I can put it overboard at the dock and have steamed crabs one night! yum.
Okay I'm off to have more coffee and go through all the stuff today.

I am going to run, walk and do crunches and push ups today.
Breakfast: medium choc. chip muffin & 1 slice peanut butter toast. coffee and water.
I am thinking of joining the local gym or keeping my moms weight sets, I really want to get into better shape. I have a very athletic physique even when I don't exercise so I'm curious to know how good I will look.
I want to stop eating sweets, maybe when I have a craving substitute the junk for one of those skinny girl snacks. Also concentrate on my water intake.
