Keeping this recipe forever~ inspired just because I had capers in the fridge. No link -my own recipe and its SO EASY.
Baked in 9x13 uncovered glass dish @ 375 for 20 min. 6 Talapia filets, salt + pepper. Heat 2tbsp butter, 1/2c heavy cream, 3 garlic cloves, freshly squeezed lemon juice from 1/3 lemon, cracked pepper in a sauce pan until bubbly.. Pour sauce over fish, add sliced shallots and 2 tbsp capers. Cover with thinly sliced lemons.

Michigan's governor issued stay-at-home as of midnight tonight.
Being a small business, my husband and I have quite a bit of worries~ mostly the unknown. We're prepared here at home and we're both healthy so that is the biggest blessing.
For the next three weeks, we look forward to all the positive things that come with having time off!
*spending quality time together
*focusing on fitness
*catch up on sleep! goal: at least 8.5 hrs every night
*spring cleaning one room at a time
*spending time in the art studio(me), music studio(hubby)
*creating new recipes
*as weather allows, spring cleanup outside

Seared Tuna w/sesame oil & toasted sesame seeds served over wild rice with sauteed green beans. Sauce: soy, ginger, minced garlic, Mongolian fire oil, dash of lemon.
