Ok so today was a good healthy day. I walked about 2miles, to anatomy, ukranian, biology, and then home. I also did about 2000 stairs, up and down. It was pretty intense, but I did it. I only had today to do it because it's the one day that we have the building all to ourselves. It feels so good, but I know tomorrow morning it's going to hurt like a mother. The eating wasn't bad either, but I really regret the egg salad and processed sausage. I'll get over it though, it's about knowing what works for you and what doesn't, and even though it tastes good for 2 minutes, it feels gross for 8 hours. It's been 2 days since I've been back on this healthy road to a better lifestyle, but I'm going to stick to it because I need to change. This is going to help me get to a better body for my cruise, and that's going to be great.

New Years weekend was a complete pig out, eat anything you want, and eat every time food was put on the table. We were in the mountains, and every house had candies in a bowl, cake for breakfast, after 5 servings of potatoes, meat, and bread. About 5 big meals a day and snacks, mostly sweets. BUT that ended yesterday. Today is a new day and a new year, time to get back on track. Venice is coming up in 3 short months, and that is going to be a complete 5 days of eating anything and everything, no portions, and no restrictions. To get back on track, I walked to class and back home, and then walked to my next class and went to the market to kill some time and buy some fruits and vegetables. I also made chicken noodle soup, healthy, filling, and delicious. I somehow managed to down a bowl of oatmeal this morning without gagging, and it kept me full for 4 hours. I think I'm going to have to start rotating between eggs and oatmeal for breakfast because oatmeal really hit the spot today. We also ran out of eggs and I haven't gone to the store to buy some. I might go in a few minutes to get out of the house and get some air because I have to study and I'm getting drowsy. But I have some avocados that I need to use before they go bad, so pico de gallo with avocado should be a nice dinner with something on the side. I also got pomegranates at the market, and I certainly can't wait to get to those...
