Subway - WTF!?! Went to Subway today with my dad to get supper. My dad gets a sub, my mom gets a sub, I get... nothing. Since when did Subway get rid of their wraps? Now they have flatbread; well, that's just as many carbs as the regular bread. I'm being good, and I know I should be proud of myself, but it is SO frustrating to be out in the real world and seeing people enjoying their carbs!! The low-carb craze seems to be out - restaurants that once had low-carb menus have dropped those items.

I'm a little bummed out today. Luckily, I've finally been recording weight loss from the induction phase. Then I read online at Shape Magazine that the initial weight loss from Atkins is water weight. It went on to say that most people put weight back on because when they start eating carbs again, the body starts holding water weight again. It's just kind of discouraging, especially since this is (sadly) the longest that I've been disciplined enough to follow a diet.
