just got home from vacation. Very discouraged. it's really hard for me to plan foods that I can and want to eat.
For those who do Premium, have you found the meal plans worth the price? I did premium for awhile but never really used the plan. I want to think about giving it another try.

Considering we're moving in 2 weeks and are in the process of "eating down" our house and I haven't seen the gym in a week, I'm not disappointed.

Reading through everyone's posts and feeling like I'm doing okay-- not great and not terrible. There was a time when I lost a lot of weight very quickly and in an unhealthy way. This time, I want to be fit and healthy--and slender, too (yes, I absolutely want it all). Feeling like because I'm 46 the best years are behind me--and not wanting to believe that's true.
