Realized that my dinner portion is usually too big because the beef has so many more calories. This week I'm working on smallerdinners and no grains. Next week thinking of doing low carb. Will need to plan lunch and snack s in advance.

Wednesday is going to be my ultra-low-carb day. Going to try one day really low to see how I feel. Today was overall pretty good. Looking to lower overall calorie intake by around 400 cal. Need to stop snacking and should be good. Tomorrow's plan: B- eggs and veggies, green tea L- salad, broth, jello, coffee w/cream, D- chilaquiles w/chicken and cheese, green tea, roasted veggies.Possibly a cup of fruit salad if need a boost.
Thursday is MOPS Christmas brunch. Going to have my egg casserole, plus potato casserole, plus 1-2 treats. Green smoothie for lunch, BWW for dinner.
Friday- eggs & veggies for B, leftover veggies for L, take along snacks of nuts, string cheese, & fruit for car ride.

5 days and down 3 lb! wahoo! waist at 28.5 and holding...can't wait to see that drop. hoping for results by Christmas. also hoping tonight's dinner doesn't set me off on a binge. Going to have chicken, salad, and a desert or two. maybe there will be some healthy-ish appetizers, too. NOT GOING TO OVER-DO-IT!
