I was really good Monday - Thursday afternoon. Thursday night - Sunday we went out to eat a lot and I didn't exercise. No surprise I only lost 0.5 lbs, but still disappointed. Went back to the gym this morning and tracking what I eat again.

Extremely bored at work today and being tempted by all the halloween candy in the office... I refuse to go anywhere near that jar. I am realizing that so many times I eat when I'm bored (or upset, but that's another entry for another day). I'm not hungry. I know I'm not hungry, but I still want to eat. Another hour before lunch. Time for more water and green tea.

Feeling in control today. Inspired. Keeping the dress I'm wearing for our friends' weddings in November out for inspiration - marine, strapless, sexy (but not too sexy!). The dress I orded is too small and David's Bridal has a terrible return policy especially if you buy something online so I can't return it. It's definitely challenging because I haven't cut my calories this drastically before (1250/day) but I space my meals and snacks out throughout the day and drink a lot of water and green tea with spenda. With a lot of hard work I think I will be able to lose enough weight to wear the dress without having it altered.
