Once again..............................................................................Trying to get back on track. I was doing so well when It came to doing my workouts. I was seeing results. Then my knee started hurting. I went from pushing play to trying to keep going on the tread mill .Pushing myself through. ultimately it started bothering me so much I could hardly walk. My weight has maintained. That is good. Every day I try to stay on coarse monitoring my food intake. Every day a challenge presents it;s self sometimes I win sometimes what ever it is calling me wins.But I believe I am making progress in the sense that it is happening less often. And I find by allowing my self little pleasures equals a lot more self control. I have had elevated liver enzymes for almost a year now . We havent officially found the cause yet. The doctor suspect a fatty liver, and said I need to loose weight. So I have been trying with out a lot of success. Only 5 lbs. But I will be happy with that. Better down then up right! I will continue on and be happy if it is only a .5 lbs. it is better then going up.
