Okay, odd questions. But can you calculate your body fat mass without body measurements and weight? I mean, since I do have quite a bit of lose skin it surely messes up the results.

Don't think I'll lose a lot of weight the next couple of days. Been doing some weight lifting, toning my body, gaining some muscles. Still gonna diet. So we will see.

A lot of hours in the gym. A lot of walking due to work. Good diet - except for yesterday, which I declared my cheat day. Will go better today.
Also am struggling with a lot of lose skin due to quick and huge weight lost in the past. I don't know how to fix that without even having to consider ridiculously expensive surgery.

I've had four days off of work. My diet was perfect. My motivation high. And now I'm back. There's food everywhere and I'm tempted to eat it all. Hate this temptation! But I have to be strong!
