Decided to finally check this thing out because I am getting srious about losing this weight finally and the fact that I have already lost some is great motivation. This may be the program that helps me get to where I need to be.

Today no exercise was done. Eating whatever i want kinda like a binge before i start my weight lose. Hopefully I can stick to it and look as great i was.
