Your Mind Set is Your Weight Loss....
I have been dieting all my life. I have decided that the word does not exist. You can have all the surgery and do all the "D" you want but lets just face it. The word has introduced to wonderful flavors that our tongues and tastebuds can not resist. All the added hidden sugar under long spilled names in foods make our brain crave for more. It is so expensive to do everything fresh and with our work schedule time preparing fresh food is time consuming. If you are going to beat this everyday stuggle you have to change the way you look and think about food.
When you go on a "D" you start with changing everything over to Sugar Subsitute, which is really not a good thing to do. Now you are using things that are man made and your body is absorbing things that are not meant to be used inside. So you need to lower your natural sugar intake, cut down on your fats and cook everything in its natural flavors and juices. Eveything will taste just a good and be healthier for you in the long run. I found that just taking natural fruit slicing it and placing in a pan to heat and brown adding some naturl cinnimon, or cooking it and placing in a pie shell with no crust and a thin pastry topping is wonderful for a low calorie and flavorful taste.
But if you just cut back on your serving, fats, sugars, and get up and move. You can do all this naturally and safe with no surgeries or the big "D" word. You will be happier in your life and enjoy your body. I am on my way and will not stop until I reach my goal in life. We all are Biggest Loser just do it....

What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?

Ok - I know I can't be the only one...
I'm 300+ and there's somethings that I can't wait to be able to do as I loose the extra lbs...
Simple things, like crossing one leg over the other to tie my shoes.
Wearing stockings.
Climbing the stairs at work (if I do that now I'll get to the top all red in the face and my color won't stabilize for over an hours).
Not having to smile just to not feel my cheeks pulling down my face into a frown.
Being able to look down and NOT feel my chin and neck tough one another (can only accomplish that by looking staight ahead).
There's more, but, I don't really want to think of them at the moment... lol
What are yours?
I was always so embarassed to ask for the extention on the Air Plane I would lay my jacket across my lap and fake being buckled in knowing I could be killed if we had a plane crashed...just didn't want the fat jokes around me, or little smurks. Next time I fly I will fit in the seats and smile knowing I won't need the extention belt...
