Haven’t been on this app in ages. I’ve not been busy at all, summer holidays have begun and I still haven’t sorted out my weight issue, I’m planning on learning to speak fluent Spanish, as it could help so much with grades, as I do Spanish as a subject, but I just can’t get round to doing anything. I am seriously lacking motivation to do anything. I’ve not been having breakfast, and been having small lunches, but have been eating lots of cake and rubbish, as it was recently my birthday. I hate being so fat and disgusting. Hope I can turn things around.

Found out cucumber is high in protein and low in fat and calories, so am going to try eat that everyday. I recently made homemade raisin cookies, and can’t stop eating them 😩 I tried making smaller cookies but I just eat more. Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.
