I am a proud stay at home mom of 2 wonderful boys 4 and 1. We live in Missouri. I am working hard to get all my baby weight off. In the past I have a hard time getting my workouts and eating properly at the same time. I was working out at the gym about 3-4 times a week but it didn't seem to work. I have been workout at home these days and I like it better, there are no time restictions to deal with. My husband and I are doing this program together and I think it helps to have someone going through the same thing. I hope to teach my boys how to eat right and exercise in hopes that they will not have to deal with the problems that Adam and I have. A new look for you
I was sent this sight. I think it is cool. I have long hair that I can not stand but my husband likes it. He told me that if I get to my goal weight I can cut it all off. So here is a sight where I can plan out my new look and it keeps my eye on the prize. You might want to also.

How often do you weigh in?
I wish you luck with that, I am a slave to the scale. I weigh several times a day. Just to keep the number in front of me. I know that is not what you are supose to do but it works for me everyone is different. I do know that when the cloths size changes that is a big bust!!! You're doing great!!!

Can you do Fat Smash if you're Pregnant?
Of corse check with DR but I think that you just need to increase what you eat. Nothing wrong with being a heathy eater and after the baby it will be that much easier to lose it. The babies health is to important to risk.
