Quick Weight Loss Center Diet
Hey all. I'm new here. I'm doing a diet not on the list called Quick Weight Loss Center diet here in Houston, TX. It includes supplements and I'm having stomach problems with the capsules. Feeling bloated, full and like the capsules never really disolve. I have gas and constipation. Any suggestions or does anyone else know about this diet and what I might do to solve this problem?
