I decided to try to go for small steps, my goal is to lose 5kg by the end of June.
And then to stay on 75 up untill end of July. Afterwards we will see :)

I went out for a lunch with coworker and I had pizza, belive it or not I feel really bad and only after one week of dieting... I must not repeat that, as of now soups and salads when I go out.

This is the first time I feel strong about my diet even in the morning, after a long period of time. I hope I will make it this time ;)

Recently I have been getting 2 kg up, and then dropping them. All by nutrition - no exercising, which is a huge mistake. Therefore I will start as off today following:
- Pills for apetite suppression Appecal Biomed
- I will regulary keep my food journal
- Start exercising daily at least 20 min.
And I am watching Biggest Loser for motivation.
Thanks for my group I am starting from couch to 5k training :)
