Doing homework at Starbucks, I only had my tall nonfat chai and was quite content...until they were about to close and an APPLE FRITTER came to mind! Oh, evil!! Thankfully I couldn't see any in the case, and although I had calories to spare today, I didn't really want to eat it. So I didn't. I went and worked out (sounds like I really beat a craving, but I had already planned to do that :). Anyway, an apple fritter would be sweet and fatty and yummy - a food I should avoid at all costs!

Um, the goal is not to increase weight, it is to loose it! Started with my trainer again today, eating well and buying appropriate foods, I'm feeling good about my prospects.
