Strive for Five goal three. Scheduled Eating, at least 3 1/2 hour between each eating period. I have met 4 goals today.

Strive for Five goal two. Log everything that goes into my mouth, every bit and bite. Logging meals are easy for me I always log them it's the bits and bytes that are my stumbling block.

Strive for Five goal one. Stay within the calorie guidelines recommended by Fat Secret.
This seems like a lot of calories if I'm going to lose, and yet I find it hard to stay within those guidelines.

Have created a Strive for Five program. I set up 5 goals to meet each day. Today I have met 4 of those goals.
