DAY 9. walked for 30 minutes again. Did not lose weight today again. hopefully it will come off soon. Maybe I am not eating enough. I cant eat more. I changed the way I eat and I just cant eat mor food.

Day 8. Not happy because not losing weight . I walked this morning for 30 minutes also looking for low carb foods. I am feeling better and more lively. Maybe thats more important:) Gonna be hard this weekend as I have 10 hour shifts and will have to find food I can eat while working. Also going to have to try to exercise when I finish or before I start. Not enough hours in the day!

DAY 6 sleep. I caught up with much needed I slept late and gained 1 lb ;(. However, I lost 21/2 from my waist :)so I wasn't too upset. I went to the park and waked for around 30 minutes as it was such a beautiful morning. I must try to keep these carbs down though. They just sneak up when I am not expecting them.
