Hi,Janet here,I am a 54yr old with a lumbar fusion L5-S1 which means I have very limited bending so I pick my battles wisely, I have other body part that limit me, I push through them. I live in the mountains n enjoy walks,jogging,gardening,fishing,shooting. I love beer and now have a real big tummy so I now only us beer as a treat. I am the cook of the family and the dishwasher so I keep meals simple. I also enjoy meditation, making art, cooking, photography n sunsets with my man.
