How to curb late night eating?
Brush your tooth after dinner - this way you won't want to eat because the taste will be bad. This is cruel but it definitely works on me
I drink water, mineral water or tea in the evening after dinner, as they don't really have a super taste and they don't get spoilt with the toothpaste taste.

Micronutrients?
christianflorez wrote:
Thanks joyrobin! I was looking at that earlier, and it had a few vitamins which is nice but nothing too extensive. I remember CalorieCount would give you a detailed analysis of everything you ate for the day, and this was a feature available over 8 years ago! I'm surprised FatSecret doesn't have this, but I've gotten used to using the app and half the battle of counting calories is getting into the habit, so I'm super reluctant to switch. Hopefully someone knows if this feature exists, or that it will get implemented soon!
OK, got it. Hope you can find an app with this feature then

Micronutrients?
Hey there, not quite sure but have you checked the settings of myfitnesspal? It had a settings where you choose which macros and micros you want displayed. Maybe that part has what you need? Just guessing

Hey there, good luck with the new diet
For what exactly do you need advice? I've started doing 24h fasts once a week, for the past 2 weeks. Hope I can help!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
For quite a long time, I weighed myself everyday, logged it down and took the weekly average for evaluation; i.e summed up 7 days' weights and then divided them by 7 to get the average. This smoothes the daily ups and downs and gives you a better weekly trend to observe. If your average numbers are constantly going up every week, you can infer that you're gaining weight, and vice versa.
