I am happy with myself!! Will be 80yrs on 22/8 and going on holiday of a life time. Now I can swim and enjoy life. This eating plan has worked wonders for me only two days a week at 500cals and the rest is just normal. Love it!!

I have been in hospital so am just keeping a check on myself. Intend to get on track soon as possible but it is still going down!!

This has been a hard period for me! My weight has gone to 70.2 and down again !! It tells me that I have tojust keep on trying. I do want very much to get to my goal before my 80th birthday in August!! So keep your fingers crossed for me!!

I am happy with myself!! This is the best weight I have been for a long time!!
At last I am fitting into clothing which has been at least two years without use. Swimming and walking is helping. I wish all slimmers a happy weight loss.
