Feeling really good this morning! :) I gained last week but I'm back to my starting point this week. Last week was my TOM so I was feeling hugely bloated and just all around

!!

It seems like I do so well (most of the time) during the week. But come the weekend I just lose all self control! I know that it is because my routines are different on the weekend - less structured, but I should be able to conduct myself like a normal adult human being! It's just that it is so much easier to eat out or just eat whatever I see first. It's hard when you live with someone who isn't dieting and doesn't really watch what they eat.
I just have to keep reminding myself that I have to worry about me and no one else (at least when it comes to my dieting). I'm trying to keep a positive mindset. I want to be healthier. I'm not doing this to please my Doctor, I'm doing this to make myself healthier...losing weight is a benefit of living and eating healthier!
My family's health history is horrible and I seem to have gotten the worst health genes of both of my parents. I MUST be healthier!

I had dinner guests last night and didn't get my 3 miles in yesterday. Not sure what my deal is this week. I don't know why I'm having such an off week. I gotta get it together.

The weekend was terrible for me! I have no excuse! I'm so disappointed in myself! It's over, it's done. Just gotta get back up and do what is right.
