It seems like I do so well (most of the time) during the week. But come the weekend I just lose all self control! I know that it is because my routines are different on the weekend - less structured, but I should be able to conduct myself like a normal adult human being! It's just that it is so much easier to eat out or just eat whatever I see first. It's hard when you live with someone who isn't dieting and doesn't really watch what they eat.

I just have to keep reminding myself that I have to worry about me and no one else (at least when it comes to my dieting). I'm trying to keep a positive mindset. I want to be healthier. I'm not doing this to please my Doctor, I'm doing this to make myself healthier...losing weight is a benefit of living and eating healthier!

My family's health history is horrible and I seem to have gotten the worst health genes of both of my parents. I MUST be healthier!
