This is my first day on fat secret. Getting used to looking up food items, reviewing blogs and getting to know the website functions. I did get pretty sick on 11/9, so my new dieting and exercise plan got put on hold. I will pick up my dieting on 11/11 and make sure I log it. My personal trainer has me on the micros eating program. 2000 calories per day, 220 grams of protein, 155-160 grams of carbs, 30-35 grams of fat. Cardio seven days a week for 1 hour, personal training 3x's a week. Here goes a new body 2018!
