I want to keep a record each day of how I feel so I can see my progress throughout this diet.
Day 1 -
Today I feel bloated, tired, and not motivated to do any type of exercise.
I was tired when the alarm went off and hit snooze for 30 minutes.
The good news though, they have donuts at work. I decided I would only eat half. But after I sat down at my desk, I knew that I didnt really want it besides the fact that it's there. And that I would regret it later.
So I tossed it.
