fat little piggy this morning, starving and cant seem to feel full. breakfast was 2 scoops of protien, 3 slices of toast, 2 shredded wheat with skimmed milk .and 1 cheese slice as i was passing.

back tracking and monitoring after a week in cornwall generally eating junk.12 weeks to get in shaoe for turkey

5 week in , bit of progess starting to pay off, cant wait to drop last half a stone and start the bulk. Clean bulk on 3500 calories 350g of protien will be target.until then its 2800 cals and 250g of protien. Putting the bod into Dad bid at 46.
