Yesterday crazy day - ate 1 of the pizza peppers yesterday morning and drank Coke Zero and water through day - busy at work and didn't look at clock til 500 - I was running all day and phone calls - etc - ate at 700 last night - 4 brats dry ,1 long ear corn on cob ice cream 2 scoops , 1 handful m&m , 1 helping cheesy potatoes with hot sauce , try it you'll like it - recumbent bike 1 hour - I pedal and use no resistance but peddle fast - felt stomach burn last night a lot - found out today going to brickyard 400 race - yahoo
I am going to start maintenance very soon and thanks everybody -

Hi everyone , yesterday was 193.8 and today 192.4 - ate normal staples, rotisserie chicken - turkey burger from schnucks 1/2 pound - 2 sides of summer slaw ,not creamy buy more of a salad with vinegar , tomatoes, cucumbers etc - arbys gyros roast beef with a salad - 2 scoops ice cream and a handful of m&m's - I like the salty and sweet - I don't eat it everyday but it is my reward for doing well -
Last night the chef came out of me and I made stuffed peppers pizza style -
I had bratwurst in the fridge , cut them up and took casing off - I had onions there , garlic , and pizza sauce 1 jar about 10 or 12 ounces -
I cut the pepper tops off, cleaned them , put a oven pan with a water bath in the oven
If I would have had a can of tomato juice or more pizza sauce, I would of used that -
I put pizza sauce in bottom of pepper, mixed up sausage and onions and put in on top of that - I sprinkled garlic salt on top or could have put in mixture - Had oregano but didn't put it in ,I will next time , I'm putting mushrooms for sure with this mixture next time -
I baked in oven for 20 - 30 min 400, not good with this timing or measuring thing as you all well know ,
Peppers are great with anything - ham, turkey,anything -
Substitute taco sauce, barbeque sauce, soy sauce, million combinations -
Now for cheese if you want to , think about either cream cheese, mozzarolla, parmesian , provolone, the white cheeses are better for you -
I had one this morning - great
My mom, miss her, did the taco peppers and the meatloaf peppers, only she could do em this way -
Right now, life is hard, great, tough, fantastic , only as good as how much I put in, it comes back 10 fold - leaning on friends and family hard right now, pushing it - I feel spent at the end of the day and I like it that
way-
Exercise wize, I am always active at work - got up from desk for each order, question, phone call, and got up 50 times yesterday - squats -
I listen to youtube music and do my recumbent bike for a 1/2 hour to an hour, watch baseball game or races while I'm doing that - I have to make every minute count because this doesn't even include family time -
Beer not in the diet this week so far, but yuengling over the weekend and I really stay away from cheese - That is a killer for me, ice cream no prob but cheese sits on me and is very uncomfortable -
I hope everyone is well, not beating themselves up, learning, experiencing,living,having fun, working hard, looking towards the goals they want -

195 wanted to touch base - my scale not broken - ate a handful of m&m's yesterday / no beer - no ice cream - 1/2 sams salad - applebees salad / 3/4 rotisserie chicken / Coke Zero / water - I felt burn Friday and Saturday or sat and Sunday / at a loss for words but happy / thanks for the support - much success to you / GOD BLESS

Day 5 195 challenge - there now and can't believe it - I weighed twice to make sure scale not broke - I have been eating well except for ice cream - a bowl a day staple 2 scoops and 3 beers a day bud select but feeling as if I have had a lot of stuff in the bowels (had to say it )- did a lot of work around the house , walking , recumbent bike (1 hour )did some sit-ups to become more comfortable and this happened - my bowels released - big time
I didn't eat until noon both Sunday and saturday - I preface this food journal in that my starting Atkins in the past , the day before I started was a binge day and then after starting Atkins , I lost significant weight loss (before) the next couple of days -
Yesterday - chicken quarter , thigh (off my grill) dry , ranch salad meal salad , 2 eggs , black angus burger , 3 bud select ,
Bowl broccoli
What will tomorrow bring?
I am very happy and surprised and shocked -

Day 3 challenge 195 - Saturday tough day - always
I ate a ton Saturday and on Sunday I woke up 204.8 - determined to lose below 204 so I needed to do some house cleaning , and did recumbent bike riding - 30 minutes and didn't eat until 12 - weighed before I ate and was 203.6 -
Saturday ate 2 ice cream sandwiches , shrimp hot braised 2 helping no breading , cabbage, hot sour soup bowl, carrot cake , 2 bud select , cod and catfish light breaking and , green beans , corn and 4 oz steak - cole slaw - Coke Zero - water -
I ate all through the day /
I'm trying to get metabolism burning hot with exercise , eating 3-4 times a day -
bring the output up exercise and bringing input down eating /
This holiday weekend will pass but I'm making sure I'm on the downtrend each day - I'll work until there each day - training for weight 195- sept 15
