52 year old male - father of 2 teenagers, and 2 long haired miniature dachshunds 🐶🐶
My girlfriend and I track our macros to know exactly how much to eat in order to perform the best we can in Crossfit and in life.
I’ve been a competitive Masters crossfit athlete for several years, including a trip to the Crossfit Games as a competitor in 2018. I hope to make it back this year.
I love challenging myself and compete against all the 20-30 year olds in my gym.
Getting old is tough as a competitor, and loosing strength is a problem but my overall athletic ability has improved as well as my quality of life.

Roasted Turkey topped with a egg white omelet with skim milk and mustard on an Everything Bagel... as an athlete I require 390g of carbs, 180g protein and 102g of fat (5’8”, 171lbs) I burn 3500 cals/day - manual labor for work and 4 hours of Crossfit
