Just ate 2 slices of some amazingly good Amish Friendship Bread that just shot my daily calorie intake through the roof.. time to start kicking this diet into high gear.

Rode my bike for 1 1/2 hours for the first time in months.. it felt good. Now to keep this up, and work more diligently on my diet.. gotta lose this weight!
