Like I thought, it has gotten easier. One day at a time I suppose. Still no soda and I have been staying fairly close to my daily calorie intake. I have never done anything like this before and actually stuck with it. I must say, I am proud of myself! I'm kinda nervous but also excited about my weigh in tomorrow :)

Today has been on of the hardest days for me! I dont know if it is because I'm bored or what but I have been wanting to eat all day. I have not given in to temptaion and I hardly went over my calories today only by 18...it has been easy up to this point. I just hope tomorrow is better!!!

I have been doing great not drinking any pop! It has been over one week without any soda and it is so much easier than I thought! I went from drinking 5-6 cans of pop a day down to 0!!! I think it will help with my weight loss.

so my sisters, my cousin,aunt and I took all 11 of our kids to the zoo today and walked an entire 6 hours! It felt so good, although I did splurge a little and ate half a little debbies brownie, gummie candies and had a red bull. im proud of my self for resisting the chips and other snacks. Between walking around and holding my 2yr old 35lb daughter I did great! Still have not had pop in a week!!! GO ME!!!
