Didn't do too terribly good yesterday. Had some applebees and a few adult beverages. But, I barely ate any of my food so I think it's going to be ok. I find myself getting full quicker since I started eating more often rather than less often. Who knows...we'll have to see :)

Went to breakfast today after work. Man...I think eating in social situations is absolutely the hardest thing to do. Thank goodness Bob Evans had something that I would eat. Got a veggie omelet made w/ eggbeaters, salsa, fruit cup and one piece of wheat toast w/ sugar free spread. So far, we're on the right track...

I've decided my weigh-ins are going to be weekly events rather than daily. I'm sure my weight will fluctuate more from day to day rather than week to week. Already on track with my first challenge and preparing myself for my second one.
