When I started losing weight I was at 191 now I am 152 and everyone tells me it must be muscle because I don't look it....well I see it so restarting atkins and gonna do it right this time no more fad dieting and then eating and gaining my progress back on I not only want to lose weight but make a lifestyle change. Noticed my self esteem getting better wearing a bikini for the first time in my life this summer even before having a kid and being only 120 pounds couldnt do it so went to Walt Disney World 3 wks ago bought a bikini and have worn it since!

worked out for 33 minutes on wii fit plus tonight going to gym tomorrow.

Im also going to walt disney world june 22 til the 30 very excited but nervous for swimsuit.

Started going to new workout center, went for 30 minutes a mock version of curves. Bought a tape measurer today so tomorrow morning can measure myself so can go by inches and not just pounds I'm losing.
