Yay! Reached my revised goal weight.
I would like to get to 82 ish to make it 30kgs lost.
Took me 5.5 years but what it’s done is meant I’ve learned a whole new lifestyle, found a way of eating that is sustainable and works for me and makes place for life and celebration and still being healthy.

I have been stuck 88-89kg for about 8 months now. I have realised this is definitely a set point for me.
I have been under 88 twice in my life.
Once was 2004-2005 when I developed an eating disorder and went from this weight to 61kgs by trying to eat as close to nothing as possible, for about 18months.
The other time was in 2009 before getting married when I went from this weight to 81kgs using Herbalife, and then promptly back up to 90kgs a few months later.
So I’m not disappointed or surprised to be stuck here. I’m keeping on doing the right things and I’m doing a lot of weight bearing exercise so I know my body composition is shifting slowly. And my goal weight was 88. I adjusted it myself to 85. Even if the last 3kgs takes me another year or two, I’ll get there.

Forgetting to record my days, but going on steadily.
Found a good lunch. I ate pilchards for lunch 50% of the days for the last few years and I just couldn’t any more!
I am having 130g pork fillet with 1tbs olive oil and some frozen veggies. Gives me a good mix of protein and fat and still affordable.
200g cauli R7,40
Pork fillet R10,30
Olive oil 60c (got it marked down)
Spices negligible.
Total: R18,30
