I've had a horrible last 6 months of the year. Bronchitis, touch of pneumonia, then Covid, then bronchitis again. I've legit been coughing my head off on a daily basis since October! Finally found a doctor who is giving me the right medicine and I'm feeling better and not coughing as much.
Losing weight has been the last thing on my mind, but I've lost a few lbs the last few days and that gives me incentive to get on the weight loss horse again. I'm not sure yet which type of diet I will follow -- I've had success with Keto, WW and counting calories. Sadly, I never follow through. This time, I have a goal in mind, to lose 35 lbs by Easter. I might not hit it, but I'm going to give it my best shot!

I have had the most today turvy weight loss journey in the past 2 months. I’ve hovered around the same weight, up 2, down 3...it’s been frustrating because I’ve been following WW and stayed on plan. I guess my body was just enjoying that weight! Finally broke the dam today; since May 1, I’m down 20.4 lbs, however since then I’m also down 6.5 inches. So my advice to you is take measurements, too — sometimes the scale doesn’t move, but inches are falling off!
