Hello all,
I am having a frustrating week. I lost 3 pounds this past week, but the scale has not moved since Monday. Its Thursay here in Guam. I should not have reached a plateau in 2nd week of phase 2 already. I am nervous if I increase the exercise now, I will get up 2 2 hours a day. I already exercise 6 days a week. I do 25 minutes of elliptical, 30 minutes of weight training and 20 minutes of walking. Seriously, I should be still good 2 go with weight loss. Any1 in phase 2 having my problem....... jay

Hello smashers,
I had a good week (5 days). I worked out every day but 2 days b/c of illness but overall going well. My goal since detox is over is 2 pounds a week. There should be some happiness at the end of the rainbow. I will check in later..............happy smashing:)

Hello every1, I am Jay. Recently had 2 back to back miscarriages, which caused depression and lots of munchies. I actually started the Fat Smash Diet 10 Jul 07. 2day is my first day in Phase 2 (Yippee). I lost a total of 8 pounds on phase 1. I would have love to see that on my weight history but it won't let me go back b4:( I tried to log in last week but unfortunately I never received the confirmation email. I tried again today and success. Anyway, encouragement is welcomed......I am ready 2 get busy!!!! Have a good week every1.
