Hello every1,
Checking in for the week. Last week was a good week, even though the scale says only a pound. I see the inches falling and the muscles growing. No more arm fat:) I am in good spirits. Anyway, thanks every1 for their support. Hopefully, I can get 2 pounds off this next week. See u next week:)

People are starting to notice my weight loss which is encouraging. Of course I want to be instantly thin but I am practicing my patience. Thanks for everyone support. I am hanging in there and working the gym pretty hard. Inches are coming off. Weekly I take the dreaded naked pictures to see my progess. I am happy to report the difference is visible by the naked hour:) See u all next week.

I did lose the weight I gained this week but not overly thrilled with the amount. I know paitence, I am trying. See u next week. Oh but I might have good news. I might be pregnant, won't know until the end of the week. My prayers would be ansered..........pray for me and have a good smashing week. Off 2 da gym.

This weekend, I went away with my husband and did not work out at all. I didn't eat every 3 hours and no fruit. I guess poorly, I gained 2 pounds but started working back out hard on Monday and lost 1 of the pounds in the past 2 days. Prayerfully next week, I will have better news. I hear the support.........thanks so much. Patience has never been my strong suit. Time to go to the tailor:) I will practice more patience. Thanks again everyone.....jay
