I do not have anything against proteins. I started off with this diet. After the first 2 weeks, I am planning to add fish or chicken breast in lunch.

Need some advice on rapid weight loss
When I went for my yearly check-up on April 9th(exactly 13 days back)I was weighing 215lbs. I was told that I need to bring my weigth down to 170lbs(I am 5ft 8in tall). I went on diet and exercise as follows

Breakfast :1 cup of cooked oats with raisins and almonds
Lunch : 1 Bowl of fresh vegetables(Onion, Tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper(orange,red,green), celeries, lettuce, radishes, lemon, salt and pepper)
1 cup of cooked vegetables(okra mostly)
Snack : 2 clementines
Dinner : 1 bowl of fresh vegetables


Walk on Treadmill : 1 mile walk, speed 3mph, incline 10. Takes 20 minutes exactly
Sit-ups :50 counts(3 minutes
Rowing :50 counts(3 minutes)
dumbbells : 5 minutes

Total workout : 45 minutes with breaks.

After 13 days, my weight is 203.8lbs. That is a loss of 11.2lbs in 13 days.

One thing I noticed is that I am more energetic during the days ever since I started exercising. I thought I will run out of energy, but it turns out other way.

Can someone share their experience on rapid weight loss and whether it sustained when changing the diet?
