Good Morning FS!!!!
Had a lot of stress issues last night, and although a lot of people on this site go to food for their comfort, I turn to drinking. I ended up drinking about 12 beers, and now I am feeling guilty. I can not believe I am allowing a guy to make me feel this way. I have always been a strong person, but he has this way of making me feel so weak.
I am going to work extra hard at the gym today. I need to "happy" me the post "Mr X" me to come back, I know shes in there somewhere.

Hate to sound like a debbie downer, but this cold weather and the dreary look outside makes me want to hide under my covers and never come out. I really need to get myself together and hit the gym, so I can do a little fake and bake, and my workout, maybe that will help me feel better :)

Off for the next two weeks!! I have a lot to accomplish, and I need to keep busy so that I dont fall into any bad eating habits and I need to keep busy. I see longer hours at the gym in my future, and lots of yard work.
