My goal this week is to lose at least 5 pounds. I'm going to continue jogging/walking. I'd rather be dancing but I feel like I get more of a workout when I jog.

Another awesome day! I really wasn't hungry at all today. I kept myself busy most of the time. I think I'm getting sick.....that would really set me back. :( Tomorrow is weigh in day....moment of truth!

Another great day yesterday! I'm getting better at this. As long as I keep myself busy, I do just fine. I'm so ready to weigh in but I need to wait 'till Sunday. I just know that I've lost weight....I can feel it. I'm so glad I joined the group. I feel like I'm being held accountable and that's exactly what I need.

I had an awesome day yesterday!! I almost ate pepperoni last night but I didn't. I knew I would have to record it here. So far so good!! :)
