Hey all.
I've been working on living a healthier, more active, lifestyle for a couple of years now. I've been fairly successful actually, but find it easier when I have a team of friends around me to hold me accountable and to support me along the way. I love cooking healthy (mostly Paleo) recipes and working on my body mobility. I do yoga and bodyweight workouts, with some running now and then. I am trying to perfect a freestanding handstand and increase my pull up reps. I tried slack lining a little while ago and want to get more into it because it is a super fun activity. I also want to try out parkour, bouldering, and maybe some pole fitness for core strength
