Lunch: Lemon pepper salmon, spinach salad, watermelon & water. Yum!

Day 1: Time to eat better so I can feel better. 2 boiled eggs (w/pepper no salt), 1/2 c. strawberries (no sugar), cup of hot ginger peach green tea w/1 tsp. coconut oil (no sugar) & cup of ice water. Really going to try to cut out too much salt & sugar!
