I am in a very happy place with my weight loss. I am at the point where people are starting to notice. Always helps pick up your spirits when people want to know what your secret is. I have 15 lbs left to loose on my first challenge and I am feeling more determined than ever to loose it. I have tried many times to loose weight and I have lost here and there but I always seem to put it back on. This time feels different. I think I am finally ready to make the changes in my life that I need to keep the weight off for good.
I love the challenges on this website. It really helps keep me focused on my ultimate goal of 70lbs.

I purchased the Zumba game for my Wii this past weekend and I am officially addicted. It is so much fun and I am really seeing my body transform in just one week. Who knew that working out could be such a blast. I am confident that Zumba is going to help me reach my goals for my current challenge. I might actually become one of those exercise junkies :).
