I really don't know how to upload dorm food here, since I never have brand names or exact measurements, so I'll just document it here. Today I had an egg and cheese omelette (sp), a bowl of special k w/strawberries, and I am having a side-salad from mcdonalds right now. I also walked a mile, wooo hoo lol

This week has been awful. I've been rather depressed. Since it's Halloween time and I eat my feelings, you can figure out how that ended for me. I am trying to do better this week, so wish me luck! I want last week to be in the dust behind me. GAH!

I think I have done a decent job so far today! Sometimes uploading food is hard because I don't know exactly what brand or amount I've eaten, but I know that I felt good about my choices while eating today. I had 1/2 a bagel with lite cream cheese, a small bowl of strawberry yogurt with granola, and 1 piece of french toast which I DIPPED (not drenched) in syrup. Okay, so I could've done without the syrup, but it was yummy, and I didn't use very much :] I turned down cookies and ice cream, too! I haven't been feeling so hot, so I took a nap afterward. I've been kind of dizzy ish :/ but I still worked out, and it made me feel way better. Uploading workouts is hard, too. There's no way for me to upload my ab excersizes or my stairs! I take the stairs back up to my room (all 12 flights) in less than 4 minutes every time I work out. I could manually upload them, but I don't know how much I burned, so I've decided not to do so.
Tonight my brother-in-law is making dinner, and I'm hanging out with him and my sister. This will also make uploading food hard. I've decided I will just try to eat good portions and not over-stuff myself. That's the best I can do for now!
Things will be WAY easier next year when I have an apartment with my own oven, stove, fridge, and freezer!

Today was a long day, even though I slept in almost four hours. At 1030 AM I had a two hour workshop for something I must complete in order to teach. It was very important and very stressful. I woke up a bit later than expected, so I had some cheez-it crackers and an apple for breakfast. I know, I know, it's the breakfast of champions, right?
After I completed my workshop I was VERY proud of myself! I went to lunch with a friend. I tried having wheat pasta, but I had the alfredo sauce. It wasn't very good, so I ate what I could and then had a small bowl of cereal.
At dinner I did better than I expected. Living in the dorms makes it tough to eat right and VERY easy to over eat. We sat by the pasta/pizza bar. BOTH LOOKED AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! But I had already gotten my 4 large hot wings (it's wing friday, what do you expect of me?!) so I resisted temptation... somewhat. I did get ice cream. And a piece of fudge. AHH. Dorms are demons!
