TGIF! I keep repeating that to myself as I round this week out at work. Yesterday was an ok day. I for the most part stayed on the path of eating healthy. Food is my weakness and I start craving things that I know I should not eat. Struggling to push past it today. I was unable to get to the gym yesterday, but I did piyo at home :) Anyone looking for a great workout.. I suggest piyo by beachbody! Great stuff!
With the weekend approaching what is everyone going to do to fight the cravings and keep active?

Rainy fall morning! Loving the 60 degree weather!
I have upped my workouts this week, which I am happy about. I am feeling the soreness from Piyo last night, but enjoyed every minute of it (even the minutes where I was telling myself what am I doing!) Planning on doing another hour of cardio tonight Hoping I can follow healthy choices with eating the rest of the week. Does anyone have problems on the weekends? I feel like I do pretty well during the week, but once 5:00pm Friday comes, everything goes out the window! And by Sunday I am wishing I would have done better. How do you keep up the motivation when the weekend approaches? What foods do you eat and how do you fight temptation? Any motivation would help!
Also, taking a moment to remember those who lost their lives today 13 years ago on 9/11. Prayers are with the families of the first responders and the victims in an act that changed the country forever.

Feeling pretty motivated today :) So far eating good, however temptations all around me. Office is having a food day and the food smells good. Planning on going to Zumba right after work! and completely cut out soda! New me in the works :)
