Rainy fall morning! Loving the 60 degree weather!
I have upped my workouts this week, which I am happy about. I am feeling the soreness from Piyo last night, but enjoyed every minute of it (even the minutes where I was telling myself what am I doing!) Planning on doing another hour of cardio tonight  Hoping I can follow healthy choices with eating the rest of the week. Does anyone have problems on the weekends? I feel like I do pretty well during the week, but once 5:00pm Friday comes, everything goes out the window! And by Sunday I am wishing I would have done better. How do you keep up the motivation when the weekend approaches? What foods do you eat and how do you fight temptation? Any motivation would help!
Also, taking a moment to remember those who lost their lives today 13 years ago on 9/11. Prayers are with the families of the first responders and the victims in an act that changed the country forever.
