Curves diet didn't work out so well since the foods are not what my family would normally eat so I am just trying to eat more often, less calories, and a lot more veggies. Also since last Thursday I have had only one can of Pepsi. I am hoping by drinking more water, no pop, working out and eating better I can lose weight without a special diet.

I will be starting a biggest loser competition with a group of women from the community and am very excited for the motivation.
