Physical Therapist BP: 156/94 😤. My BP: 153/89 ☹️. New pain med side includes raising BP. Not excited about that. Yesterday was day 1. Not feeling any reduction of pain, but I was able sleep!
Got approved for utility assistance, so electricity is covered. No word from last weeks job interview, so still no income in sight.
Meanwhile my bike is supposedly sold, and will be picked up on Sunday. My Jeep has interest now, but I'm not going to give out my phone number or address until I know that my family is going to be here with me for them to come and look at it.
Still have my recumbent bike, varidesk, & varidesk mat to post. Gotta f/up with record stores about LPs. More stuff to go thru and sell, but if these sell now, at least I will have some more time for things to turn around. Please keep those good vibes coming.

Hate that #, but still too painful to try and step onto scale. New Physical Therapist (has been doing it for 20+ years), was here yesterday. She gave me a number of exercises that I need to do. She'll be back tomorrow, so at least I will be getting feedback and follow up for the next few weeks. I was approved for 15 sessions, which means I should have 11 left.
Therapist assistant called yesterday to tell me she'd be texting me so places to follow up on for possible weekly sessions, but of course she called as I was getting ready to sign into my job interview, so I really didn't get to discuss anything with her 😡
I think the interview went well, but they'll be making a decision next week and let me know 🤞🙏
Have another possible lead, but I'm not as excited about the position as the one yesterday. Keep those good vibes coming please. Desperation is setting in. NO $$$ = No cat food, kitty litter, APS, Water, T-Mobile, Amazon Prime, and Life/Car/Renters Insurance.

I'll be shutting off Direct TV this weekend, as a friend is supposed to come help me set up the TV to access the local & network stations. I reached out to the local record stores, but the one guy told me he won't even look at my albums, because I have cats 🙀
I need to Post my recumbent bike for sale. I bought it in 2020 and wasn't able to use because of my leg. I kept hoping that would change, but time to let it go. My bicycle might get me a few $$, but I would have to take it into be accessed. The Used Book Stores require you to bring your books to them, so that's not going to happen as my library is eclectic and none are recent releases. Not much I own has a market in this area. Antique's would probably bring some decent $$$, if I still lived on the East Coast, but heavy dark wood furniture isn't very popular out here. Dishes, and Tea Towels, I don't think there's a market for them anywhere. That leaves the Jeep (approximately $3500 value per Carfax), which is a manual transmission, so another thing that'll be harder to sell.

Thanks for letting me clarify my thoughts. With all the variables circling my brain, it helps to write it out.

Don't know what weight is as is too painful to try and step up onto the scale. Photo is of the vegan Pear Crumble that lil sis picked up for me the other day. There's no such thing in the FS database so just went with the closest thing I could find.
Week ended with a bang and so I'm trying to curb my angst and enthusiasm at the same time.
Managed to mop the floors with Pine- Sol before Physical Therapist arrived on Thursday. (He's being replaced next week 🤗) He said the house smelled better when I asked him. He seemed genuinely sad that he wasn't going to be seeing me again 🤨. Wanted me to go to the ER or promise him I would ask my Dr to do an MRI of my right knee. His opinion is that I have a bucket handle tear of my meniscus which is why I can't straighten the leg and possibly a hamstring tear as well. I sent my Dr. a message, but no response yet. Meanwhile I finally heard back from the Pain Dr and now have an appointment for the 22nd. Hopefully she'll be able to do something about the pain or the cortisone injections and I will be able to walk again. I also heard from the Spine Group and have an appointment there on the 30th. Not sure what they're going to be able to do, but as long as it's covered by AHCCCS, I'll see as many Drs as they allow, if it'll fix me at last!!!
Friday ended with a call back from one of the places I had applied for. I'd scheduled a phone interview with their recruiter for next week, but this was the head of their IT department and wasn't going to wait. Kept telling me that he loved my resume and was more focused on what they could offer me than my credentials. Said I could be predominantly remote except for company functions and mandatory meetings 🤗. I have a Zoom interview with the "Team" scheduled for Tuesday. PLEASE SEND ME ALL THE GOOD VIBES YOU CAN.
